Want to look better naked (or nearly naked!) this summer? It's time to get off your butt and make it happen! Every Saturday morning for 7 weeks we will be kicking your butt with a CrossFit Jax workout at the BEACH. Sun, sand, surf, sweat - what better way to spend a morning?
Even if you have had Z E R O exposure to CrossFit - get involved! This program is designed for YOU! Join us every Saturday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 AM at the Jacksonville Beach Lifeguard Station, from May 26th - July 7th.
Non-CFJAX members will have an opportunity to come take a class at the Hot Box (it's what we call our gym!) as well. At the end of the program you will receive a 50% discounted CrossFit Jax membership rate! HALF OFF! That's huge. You don't want to miss this.
